请教各位一个胸部CT Jan 12th 2019, 06:19, by feifeiredaiy 男性病人，59岁，反复发热5天，最高39摄氏度；少量咳痰，胃口不佳，无其他特殊不适；既往体健。患者家里养鸭子，做过木工。查体基本上正常，呼吸音粗一点。白细胞6.5；中性粒百分比82.6%，绝对值不高；转氨酶高于正常值2-3倍；TBIL44.5%，DBIL24%，ALB29；Cr 123；PCT1.47；尿隐血、蛋白、尿红白细胞、尿胆红素阳性。流感病毒、肺炎支原体衣原体阴性，培养未出结果；拍了个片子如下：患者头孢青霉素过敏，左克、莫西沙星抗感染2天无好转，依旧烧39度。有一些检查还没出结果请教一下各位，考虑什么疾病？ ...
