习近平主席特别代表杨洁篪将访问阿联酋、埃及、赤道几内亚、喀麦隆并出席阿联酋"世界未来能源峰会"有关活动 Jan 11th 2019, 00:00, by 人民网 　　新华社北京1月11日电　外交部发言人陆慷11日宣布：应阿拉伯联合酋长国、阿拉伯埃及共和国、赤道几内亚共和国和喀麦隆共和国政府邀请，习近平主席特别代表、中共中央政治局委员、中央外事工作委员会办公室主任杨洁篪将于1月13日至19日对阿联酋、埃及、赤道几内亚、喀麦隆进行正式访问并出席在阿联酋举行的"世界未来能源峰会"有关活动。

俄央行增加外储中人民币占比 Jan 11th 2019, 00:00, by 人民网 　　俄罗斯央行10日发布最新数据显示，2018年上半年，人民币在俄外汇储备中占比增至14.7%。 　　俄央行当天发布2018年上半年外币和黄金管理报告。报告显示，俄罗斯2018年上半年大幅缩减美元在外汇储备中的占比。截至2018年6月底，美元在俄外汇储备中占比21.9%；这一数字在2018年3月底为43.7%。 　　根据这份最新报告，去年二季度，俄央行把外汇储备中持有的美元从2010亿美元减少至约1000亿美元，同时增持黄金和其他外汇币种。俄央行持有欧元价值从1020亿美元增至1470亿美元，持有人民币价值从230亿美元增至670亿美元。 　　俄央行数据显示，截至2018年年底，俄国际储备价值4669亿美元。 　　俄罗斯国际储备包括外汇、黄金、国际货币基金组织储备头寸及特别提款权等。俄罗斯国际储备由俄政府和央行共同支配，主要用于应对经济风险。（记者 吴刚）
